Japanese pressure point treatment using acupressure, stretching, compression and traditional energy work to stimulate and unlock the meridians (life energy pathways). Shiatsu is used to prevent disease by releasing stagnant energy and by strengthening the mind/body connection. Pressure is applied through loose clothing and performed in traditional Japanese style on a Shiatsu mat.
Swedish Massage
