Deep Tissue

Shiatsu
Japanese pressure point treatment using acupressure, stretching, compression and traditional energy work to stimulate and unlock the meridians (life energy pathways). Shiatsu is used to prevent disease by releasing stagnant energy and by strengthening the mind/body connection. Pressure is applied through loose clothing and performed in traditional Japanese style on a Shiatsu mat.

Swedish Massage
This classical European Massage includes gentle manipulation of the muscles with the use of oils, creams or specialty lotions. A treatment will be created specifically for your individual needs and will leave you feeling totally rested. Our therapist will use a variety of techniques to improve circulation, ease tension and muscle aches, improve flexibility and create total relaxation.
